CSI Leasing UK faced challenges in establishing a consistent carbon footprint across its UK operations due to varied data collection methods, complex emissions analysis, and the need for a scalable solution for global rollout.

TEST implemented a three-phase approach: establishing a carbon baseline from energy, travel, and waste data; developing emissions reduction strategies and employee engagement initiatives; and creating a scalable framework with regional guidelines and training for international expansion.

CSI Leasing UK, part of a global IT leasing firm, faced significant challenges in establishing a carbon footprint baseline for its UK operations. These included a lack of standardised data collection methods across various countries, the complexity of analysing multifaceted data to understand their carbon footprint accurately, and the necessity for a scalable solution that could be adapted for different regional environmental regulations and infrastructures as part of their global sustainability initiative.

TEST addressed these challenges by implementing a three-phase project. Initially, they established a baseline by collecting and analysing data on energy consumption, business travel, and waste production. Following this, they developed strategies for reducing emissions and engaging employees in sustainability practices.

Finally, they created a scalable and adaptable framework for global rollout, including guidelines for regional customisation and comprehensive training materials, enabling CSI to extend this initiative across its international operations efficiently.
