Sampling International sought a way to save energy and disclose its carbon emissions.

TEST conducted a decarbonisation audit, identifying opportunities to reduce energy use, costs, and carbon through fuel switching and employee-focused lighting design. By aligning with local grant funding covering 40% of the investment, the project delivered significant savings.

Sampling International works in an environmentally conscious supply chain and required a method to save energy and disclose their carbon emissions.

TEST carried out a decarbonisation audit to highlight the opportunities to save kWh, Cost and Carbon. Through fuel switching and a lighting design that meets the requirements of its employees, Sampling was able to make significant savings. TEST aligned the project with local grant funding opportunities that covered 40% of the capex investment required.

By following the GHG protocol, TEST set up Samplings carbon inventory which allows them to disclose their carbon emissions to the supply chain, monitor their progress towards Net Zero and identify carbon-intensive operations that can be targeted as continual improvement opportunities
