TEST conducted an ESOS audit for a major data centre consuming 28,000,000 kWh annually.

Through a detailed site inspection and over 200 photographs, we produced a 35-page report identifying eight energy-saving opportunities, including low-cost measures and strategies requiring site investment. Key recommendations included reprogramming pump inverters, integrating BMS, optimising humidity, and installing solar systems.

Implemented measures are projected to save over 5 million kWh per year and reduce costs by approximately £1.6 million, with an investment below £1.2 million.
