TEST Consulting will be attending Solar & Storage Live 2026 at the NEC Birmingham from 22-24 September, joining professionals from across the UK’s solar and energy storage industry.
The event comes at a time of continued growth and development across the solar sector, with organisations increasingly focused not only on installing renewable energy systems, but also on ensuring those assets continue to perform effectively over the long term.
For the TEST team, the event will provide an opportunity to discuss some of the practical challenges surrounding solar performance, including monitoring, maintenance and identifying issues that can affect generation and returns.
Effective monitoring can provide greater visibility of how a system is performing and help identify potential problems before they develop into more significant issues. Alongside this, appropriate Operations & Maintenance (O&M) can help maintain system performance throughout the operational life of an asset.
TEST also works with solar installers, providing independent monitoring and O&M support that can complement their existing installation and maintenance capabilities.
Louis Swallow, Head of Commercial Development at TEST Consulting, said:
“Solar installations are a long-term investment, and ensuring they continue to perform effectively is just as important as getting the initial installation right. Solar & Storage Live is a great opportunity to discuss how independent monitoring, performance analysis and O&M can help organisations and installers maximise the value of solar assets over their operational lifetime.”
The continued expansion of solar capacity in the UK makes long-term asset performance an increasingly important consideration for organisations, installers and the wider industry.
The team will be attending the event from 22-24 September and looks forward to connecting with others across the sector and sharing insight into the role of monitoring and O&M in supporting better-performing solar assets.
